Introduction

Do you often feel stuck because of negative experiences from your past, wishing that you could move on, but you simply cannot? We can work together to help you heal your past traumas and move from surviving to thriving. I work with clients from a trauma informed lens, which shifts the question from ‘what's wrong with you?’, to ‘what happened to you?’ I have worked with clients who have experienced a wide range of traumas to help them heal from their past experiences. Do you find yourself constantly wishing that you will parent differently than your parents, but realizing you are making the very same mistakes as them? I support parents and caregivers in recognizing how their past experiences impact their parenting in the present, as well as provide developmental guidance on raising emotionally healthy children. Together we identify your goals for therapy and use treatments that have been proven to help others with similar struggles. I am trained in EMDR and utilize EMDR in sessions to help clients process trauma. I am also a registered Circle of Security facilitator and utilize this attachment based reflective program to support parents or caregivers.
