Introduction

If you want an awakening, to start living a life where your actions align with your personal values, then I'm the therapist for you. Therapy involves change, a healing that brings your real self to life, but change isn't always easy. Therapy is an investment, and you aren’t investing your time and money to talk with a “friend.” If you're looking for that kind of therapist, that's not me. I have a direct and active approach to therapy. While being genuine and empathetic, I will confront and challenge the beliefs that keep you from living as your authentic self. I'm comfortable providing therapy to all genders, races, and sexual orientations. I've worked at a 30-day treatment program, gaining experience to help people quickly navigate challenges. I adapt my therapeutic approach to match each client's unique journey. I'm trained in CPT and WET, both are evidence-based PTSD treatments. Ethan is a trained Mindful Sports Performance Enhancement instructor for athletes, coaches, performance artists, and those in high-stress/stakes work environments.
