I am a Licensed Psychologist, and I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2003. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Millersville University, and I earned my Master's degree and Ph.D. from Temple University. Throughout my two decades of experience I have worked with clients across the lifespan and from a multitude of backgrounds, focusing primarily on the needs of adolescents and young adults. My approach to psychotherapy is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Positive Psychology, but I strive to adjust my approach to meet each individual client where they are. I work diligently to provide a safe and supportive space for you to process and address the difficulties that you are facing, and I am committed to helping my clients develop skills that allow them to more effectively navigate the challenges of life. I am a PsyPact participating psychologist. This means that I can work with clients in any of the more than 40 participating PsyPact states, including the District of Columbia.
