Eugenia Foster is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who has experience providing individual, group, and family counseling to a diverse group of adolescents and adults. Eugenia is currently licensed in Maryland. Washington, DC, and Virginia. Eugenia obtained her bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Coppin State University. She continued her education at Bowie State University, receiving her Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology. She later attended the University of Maryland, College Park, where she received a second master’s degree in Clinical Psychological Science. Eugenia is pursuing her Ph.D. at Hampton University in Counselor Education and Supervision.
