Introduction

I am here for you! Regardless of where you are in your journey. Trying to make changes can be a challenging and a stressful experience, even when it seems positive for the present and the future. For others change is exciting! Either way, you are brave for wanting something different. I am committed to providing you with high quality care and to walk with you as you continue this journey of personal growth and healing to follow your dreams. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon, specializing in providing compassionate and strength-based therapy services for over a decade. My purpose is to empower individuals and families to reach their full potential through personalized treatment plans for you and your family. Together, we will begin figuring out your specific needs and goals. I also, utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and certified with Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and trained with Trauma Directed Interaction phase to improve relationship, history of trauma and following directions. My approach is deeply rooted in empowering you to discover your inner strengths and values, fostering a path towards self-awareness, healing, and personal growth. I believe that therapy is a safe and supportive space to work on emotional challenges, resolve past traumas, and embrace your authentic self.
