At Heart & Soul Wellness, we are committed to providing culturally informed mental health services because you matter! We believe that we all have our own unique hurts and pains, therefore the way we heal is also unique to us. We believe therapy is a collaborative process and in collaboration with you, we will utilize an integrative approach that works for you to gain access to your own internal healing resources. We have experience collaborating with individuals, couples and families in accessing healing and wellness from: depression, anxiety, self-esteem, imposter syndrome, negative thinking patterns, trauma, race-based trauma, life-transitions, education/work/life balance, and interpersonal relationship challenges.
