My toolkit includes elements from mindfulness practices, humanistic traditions, existential insights, internal family systems, positive psychology, and strength-based methodologies. These versatile techniques allow me to tailor our sessions. Clients will gradually uncover layers of understanding and awareness, both for yourself and those around you. Gently guiding you to reconnect with your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations.
