Dr. Evelyn Ramirez is a passionate and distinguished Ivy League-trained clinical psychologist, specializing in the neuropsychological assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and adults. Her expertise encompasses a broad range of neurodevelopmental disorders, including ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning difficulties, language disorders and other developmental disabilities. She frequently conducts psychoeducational evaluations requested by schools to assess intellectual ability, academic achievement, and giftedness. Dr. Ramirez has extensive experience in evaluating and providing cognitive rehabilitation for individuals affected by brain injuries, strokes, epilepsy, brain tumors, dementia, and neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. Dr. Ramirez is a highly skilled psychotherapist who employs evidence-based interventions to assist patients with conduct issues, parenting, stress management, relationship issues, chronic illness, depression, anxiety, OCD, and other psychiatric conditions.
