Introduction

Healing is a process. Whether you are working through the loss of a loved one, a major shift in your life, learning to live with a medical diagnosis, experiencing depressed mood, anxiety, or need guidance with making healthier choices to improve your sense of self, I can walk this path with you and help you reach your healthy mental and emotional goals. I have over ten years experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked in the school, private, juvenile, and hospital settings using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have incorporated Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy since 2020. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and also utilize Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment when working with clients with complex trauma and PTSD. The techniques depend on your personality and needs because I believe therapy is a supportive tool that is tailored to the individual.
