I am a psychotherapist committed to providing culturally appropriate mental health services for the Latinx, LGBTQ+ and Spanish-speaking community. My work focuses on helping adults struggling with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, substance use/abuse, trauma, and attachment disorders. I also work with youth (16-25 years old) with prodromal schizophrenia (CAPPS model). I offer individual and family psychotherapy sessions. My goal is to provide you with the skills and tools necessary for you to transition from surviving to thriving.
