Introduction

I am a licensed clinical social worker and seasoned psychotherapist with over 12 years of experience. I specialize in helping men who struggle with relationship challenges. These often include Anger/lack of anger; Anxiety, Depression, Loneliness, Codependency, Emotional and sexual intimacy issues I am also a husband, a father, and an Italian immigrant living in Boulder County since 2008. I have extensive training in psychodynamic psychotherapy (ISTDP), men’s groups, trauma work, rites of passage, and sexual compulsion issues. Beyond my Master’s degree and the myriad of professional training and books, I get it on a personal level. I have been there; I know what it’s like to suffer deep heartbreak, unwanted change, and loss. I have experienced trauma, rage, dark depression, and frozen, frustrating stuckness. I know what it’s like to feel lost, alone, and confused about career, meaning life direction, and love. But I also know about hope, clarity, recovery, the steady climb out of the darkness, and the light that comes from re-building a meaningful life worth living for. With me as your therapist, you will find a trusted companion to guide your journey into fulfillment and recovery from heartbreak, meaninglessness, depression, and confusion.
