Often it is the case that events that we experience in our past or present life can leave us feeling stuck. Life is a unique journey, for each and every one of us there are times in our lives where we may experience painful events and feel alone. It is helpful to reach out for support and help to not walk through those experiences alone. I have worked with those who are experiencing difficulty completing day-to-day tasks as a result of trauma or loss. I enjoy seeing the progress clients make through the therapy process. I utilize art, mindfulness, and make an attempt to emphasize the client’s strengths in order to bring healing.
