I primarily treat individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, OCD, emotion dysregulation, personality disorders, relationship issues, and difficulty adjusting to life transitions. Additionally, I have experience working with executive dysfunction/ADHD, learning disabilities, and family conflict. With over six years of clinical experience in both Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I have seen firsthand the transformative power of evidence-based therapies.
