My name is Faith Lemons, formerly Yam, my pronouns are she/they and I am of the queer community. I am in the Autistic, ADHD, and OCD neurodivergent communities. I am healing from CPTSD and anorexia. I am also a therapist with gremlin energy. I aspire to do DnD group therapy some day. My hobbies are being active outside in nature, my “lab” breed rescue that’s definitely not a pitbull mix, and perfecting the 10 minute nap. I like helping people who are in depressive funks, educating about neuro-differences, polyamorous relationships, or anyone who just wants to sit with someone who can be creative, calm, and angry with you all in the same session. I look at the world from a systems perspective so I don’t believe we are one independent human able to change and become healed alone. Let me know if I can be helpful by scheduling a 15 minute consultation with me on my SimplePractice account site.
