Introduction

Farida Saleh is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona. She received her Master’s degree from Grand Canyon University and her Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. She has a passion for serving others and helping them navigate life’s challenges. She is dedicated to equipping clients with strategies that they can use throughout their life; and can help them feel confident to positively and effectively cope with future difficulties, after they leave therapy. Farida has worked in various settings and has experience working with anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, emotion regulation, negative thinking, and low self-esteem. Farida also has experience working with Couples and Families. Farida is trained in EMDR. She is bilingual and fluent in both English and Arabic. When she is not working, Farida enjoys going on hikes, traveling somewhere near a beach, or exploring new places around the valley.
