Introduction

Hi there! Thank you for showing interest in improving your mental well being! My name is Fatima Wasim and I am a licensed psychologist and licensed professional counselor helping clients improve their mental well-being through CBT, ACT, and mindfulness based approaches. Psychotherapy or talk therapy can be a powerful way to help us examine our life in terms of our goals, wishes, desires, fears, as well as any wounds or problematic experiences that are hard to cope with. In a safe and confidential setting, some of the goals my clients have worked on include: coping with their stress, navigating difficult relationships, improving self-confidence, changing any self defeating behaviors, healing from pains of the past, and figuring out their strengths to move forward in life authentically. If you are looking for a way to reconnect with yourself in honor of living your best life, feel free to give me a call or email to get started on YOUR mental wellness journey! Also, I invite you to check out self help resources at www.enayacc.com. I look forward to helping you engage with your life and those around you.
