Born in Idaho, I spent my teenage years in Mesa, Az. Moving back to Idaho when I was 18. I’ve always known that I want to help people, I am passionate about the human potential, ending poverty, and increasing the joy that can be found in living the best life. I graduated with a Master’s in Science of Mental Health Counseling in 2017 from Capella University! I immediately opened my own agency upon Licensure. Since graduation I have achieved my clinical licensure in 2021. I particularly love working with clients of Dual Diagnosis, for example those with learning or cognitive disability/Psychosis or Schizophrenia, Trauma, or/and Anxiety. When I am not at work, I love to travel with my husband Ben, our dogs, and any time I can talk them into it our children! I love to play Yahtzee, drink hot chocolate, and read by a fire. I love hiking, taking walks, and enjoying the beauty I find all around me. I also really love to play at Disneyland!
