Introduction

I support BIPOC women and femmes navigating the complexities of life, burdened by the weight of trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and the pressures of being a caretaker, professional, or both. I provide a safe space to be vulnerable without judgment and to feel seen and heard in your experiences. Together we will develop positive coping strategies to manage daily challenges while helping you reconnect with your true self to find peace and fulfillment. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and holistic, emphasizing healing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I specialize in trauma focused-therapy for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, PMDD, postpartum depression, racial trauma and micro-aggressions, immigration issues, codependency, relationship issues, and career-related stress/burnout. I believe in meeting each person where they are, recognizing that healing is a nonlinear journey that looks different for everyone. I look forward to the privilege of supporting you in your journey of embracing wellness.
