There is no one size-fits-all. You deserve individualized care by a compassionate and experienced therapist. Someone to make you feel heard, safe, and re-connected while guiding you through what you need for the life and relationships you want. Many of us struggle with relationships, loss, trauma, disappointments, anxiety, depression, intimacy, sexuality, addiction, conflict, low confidence, change, and much much more. My entire practice is focused on finding the strengths and areas of growth in self and relationships. I will walk along side with my experience, we work on your goals and you set the pace. I serve both individuals and couples with over 19 years of post grad experience. My goal is to give you that space to support and promote lifelong change that will allow you to connect-the-dots, find solutions, and learn tools you can use right away. This will lead to meaningful relationships and foster an overall sense of well-being. My goal is to model for my participants safety in naming the intersecting identities in the room. I'm a cis gendered Latinx female, mother and wife. I use she/her pronouns, and use a social justice lens in my work. This means that I work very hard not to discriminate against people based on race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexuality, disability, size, citizenship, religion, and age. I believe in therapy and "walking my talk." I'd be honored for you to welcome me into your life to help you and/or your partner. Telehealth sessions have been surprisingly helpful. Call or email me today to schedule a complimentary 15min video meet-and-greet or schedule a first appointment. "You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending." ~ C. S. Lewis
