My job is a lot like being a detective- the information is out there, we just have to illuminate it, together. I investigate, do a lot of listening, ask the right questions and sometimes help you do some experimenting. Finding out what you need is rarely about having read the right books or having the right education (although that helps sometimes), it is about finding where something is missing. You are always the one with the answers and I am an experienced guide to help lead us to find them.
