Introduction

Life has a way of being both beautiful and tough. During those tough times, having someone to talk to can make all the difference. I’ve been there myself. As a teenager, I struggled and found myself in therapy at a young age. At first, I pushed back against it, but over time, it became a space where I could really start to understand what I was going through. That experience inspired me to become a therapist, to give others the same support that helped me when I needed it most. Now, as a licensed mental health counselor and Level 2 EMDR therapist, I work with teens, adults, and families who are navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, and life’s many transitions. I know how it feels to sit in the client’s chair, and that experience has shaped my approach. I’m committed to making sure the therapy you receive is compassionate, meaningful, and actually helpful. Therapy isn’t just about talking—it's about feeling safer in your own skin, learning to set better boundaries, and building healthier relationships.
