**I am currently accepting new clients for pre-licensed supervision and consultation only.** As a therapist who is deeply passionate about supporting the growth and development of other clinicians, I offer a unique space for both supervision and Internal Family Systems (IFS) consultation. My goal is to provide you with the guidance and tools necessary to deepen your clinical practice while also fostering your personal growth and resilience. Pre-Licensed Supervision Services: In our supervisory relationship, my focus is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can explore the challenges and complexities of your work. I tailor supervision to meet your individual needs and goals, ensuring that you feel empowered and confident in your clinical decisions. I believe in a collaborative approach to supervision, where we work together to identify areas for growth, refine clinical skills, and address any obstacles that may arise. In our sessions, you can expect to reflect on cases, receive guidance on treatment planning, and process any emotional or professional challenges that might be coming up in your work with clients. IFS Consultation: Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a transformative approach that I have seen bring profound healing and clarity to both clients and therapists alike. As an IFS-informed supervisor, I offer consultation to therapists who want to integrate this model into their work or deepen their existing practice of it. IFS focuses on understanding the different parts of ourselves—those internal voices and experiences that shape how we interact with the world. It’s a powerful tool for personal healing, but it also offers a unique framework for helping clients process trauma, internal conflict, and self-identity issues. Through IFS consultation, I help you build your confidence in using this model with clients, explore your own internal system, and find ways to stay grounded and aligned in your therapeutic work. Whether you are just beginning to learn IFS or have been practicing for years, I offer a supportive and reflective space to help you grow as both a clinician and a person.
