Introduction

We are committed to helping people increase motivation to make important changes in their lives and overcome challenges. Services are designed to support and assist you in the pursuit of meaningful and satisfying lives. The Goals of treatment is to collaborate with you in solving those life challenges that may hinder your ability to function adequately. My professional experiences have prepared me to understand individuals' unique needs, cultural sensitivity and obstacles that present in managing life stressors. I explore options that will enable you to deal with life challenges with the aim of enhancing self-growth. Our therapy style is warm and interactive. We believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity, and compassion, and we don't believe in stigmatizing labels. Our approach combines cognitive-behavioral, Solution-focus, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic and rational-emotive therapy. We will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!
