Hello and Welcome! I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist with a steadfast commitment to supporting clients from a wide array of cultural backgrounds. I bring a focused expertise in working with immigrants, second-generation individuals, and those who identify as multiracial or feel caught between different cultural identities. I understand how these complex experiences can significantly shape one's sense of belonging and identity, and I endeavor to create a deeply compassionate and empowering space for clients to explore and integrate these important aspects of themselves. I have developed a particular expertise in men’s issues, with a keen focus on the intersection of masculinity and culture. I also have a clinical focus in working with individuals living with manic depression or bipolar disorder, offering them a grounded approach to understanding their psychological experiences and guiding them toward a greater sense of integration and balance. My commitment to culturally responsive care is unwavering. My extensive experience working with clients from a variety of cultural, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds has only strengthened my resolve to provide equitable and effective care for all. I am dedicated to advancing my skills in addressing complex identity issues, cultural dislocation, intergenerational trauma, and the psychological impact of systemic oppression in both the meeting room and the wider world.
