Introduction

Growing up I never felt understood or strong enough to obtain freedom from the feeling of depression, I now see my experience is my greatest strength as a counselor. With 5 year experience in the mental health field and 3 years seeing clients I am confident I can walk alongside you as you navigate the obstacles in your life. I believe everyone was created to live an abundant life and I will do my part to help you get there. As we collaborate my goal is for you to create new habits, thoughts, and identifying the way your past has affected you.
