Gabby Collins is an Associate Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). They balance warmth and gentle challenging in sessions, and view the strength of relationships, particularly the therapeutic relationship, as a crucial pathway toward healing. She is IFS Trained, and uses an integrative approach to therapy, pulling primarily from IFS, DBT, and somatic experiencing, among other modalities. Gabby aims to provide a collaborative, supportive, and trauma-informed space in therapy that considers how both personal experiences and systemic issues impact wellbeing. They see clients they have the privilege of working with as experts with invaluable knowledge gained through lived experiences. As such, she seeks to honor this knowledge while also facilitating new insight into how emotions show up in the body and providing skills to support clients though challenges. They have a particular focus working with folks navigating eating disorders, sexuality, gender identity, and trauma.
