I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping others, based on my personal experiences and a desire to break the stigma around mental health. In our first session, I’ll explain how therapy works, so we can talk about what you expect and make sure we’re on the same page as we begin. What I love most about therapy is building a strong relationship with my clients and seeing the positive changes they make, even when they don’t notice it right away. I help clients set clear, achievable goals using a simple system called SMART goals, and I regularly check in to track progress and adjust as needed.
