She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Towson University, and Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. Gabriela’s approach to therapy is one that is warm, compassionate, validating, and empowering. She believes each individual has their own unique story and experiences and is capable of discovering and awakening their own strengths to create the life they truly want to live. She incorporates different approaches, tailored specifically to each client’s needs (Solution-Focused, Narrative Therapy, CBT, and Mindfulness-Based Techniques). Throughout the therapeutic process, Gabriela assists clients in finding their own voice, establishing boundaries, increasing resilience, and creating their own definition of happiness.
