My name is Gabriella and I am a born and raised New Mexican, a licensed clinical mental health counselor, and a certified family life educator. I received my Bachelor’s degree from University of New Mexico in Human Development and Family Relations and my Master’s degree from Southwestern College in Mental Health Counseling. I come from a foundation of knowing that change and healing begins with a meaningful connection. It is my belief that people are like wildflowers, inherently strong enough to weather life’s storms and grow through even the most difficult of terrains. This is why I utilize a person-centered, strength-based, Gestalt approach to invite each person to be part of a collaborative process; We will use reflection, awareness and mindfulness to discover what path is going to foster long-term growth for each unique person. It is my deep commitment to create a safe space for Individuals, Families and Groups who struggle with Trauma/PTSD, Grief and Renewal, Depression, Anxiety/Panic, Family Dynamics, Interpersonal Relationships, Coping skills, and Resiliency building. It is absolutely my heart’s work to be of service, and to help everyone find within themselves that not only are you capable, you are worthy! I can’t wait to begin.
