At a young age, I knew that my path was to become a therapist who could support other children and families in the way others had helped me and mine. This goal has driven both my education and clinical experiences. Over the years, I have worked in clinics serving children, adolescents, adults, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, substance misuse, trauma, ADHD, parenting challenges, and life transitions. My experiences have shaped who I am as an individual and have directly impacted my therapeutic style. I have training in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.
