It is my belief that everyone has this capability but many factors including life stressors and challenging obstacles can stand in the way of achieving this. It is my goal to meet the client where they are to uncover difficult roadblocks and provide the tools to foster improvement in individuals' unique goals. With a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, I create a safe & comfortable environment for change I have worked with individuals aged 3-90 as well as couples from a variety of backgrounds with a range of mental health concerns. I have previously worked in substance abuse treatment and community mental health. Training in CBT, motivational interviewing, strengths-based therapy & a background in theater allow for an integrative & flexible approach.
