Introduction

By feeling heard, understood and supported by an attentive other we can learn to listen, understand and support ourselves better too. That's for me the role of the therapist: not a nodding head or the 'expert' there to fix you, but a 'fellow traveller' joining you in an exploration of your experience, needs and resources. I enjoy helping others challenge social norms, stigmas, and fears. As well as love more and create a life they truly love. Each person needs from therapy something slightly different, but at the core, the aim of my counseling work is to help you become more curious about your inner life, develop self-compassion and find more creative and satisfying ways to be in the world and relate to other human beings.
