Introduction

It is my passion to work with those who are seeking skills that make trauma less of a burden on their lives. With professional guidance and emotional support, it is my goal to make the therapeutic relationship we enter, a safe space for you. My experience ranges from working with Addiction, Foster Families and Children, Domestic Violence Survivors, and Sexual Assault Survivors. I specialize in working with adults and teens who struggle with depression, PTSD, relational issues, and anxiety. Treatment methods that may be used in our sessions include EMDR and CBT. Starting this practice has been a dream of mine for over ten years and it is now my honor to serve your needs as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I was able to receive a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology came from Texas Tech University and a Master’s in Clinical Counseling and Mental Health from the University of Phoenix. Currently, I am receiving professional supervision from Christi Lundby, LPC-S.
