Gabby is a Therapist who utilizes an integrative approach in working with her clients. Focusing on the whole person, she empowers clients to let go of unhealthy patterns, to improve their connection to self and others and to create balance in their lives. Since pursuing her own journey to healing in 2013, Gabby has learned the importance of treating the whole person--body, mind and spirit. When working with clients, this involves the use of mindfulness techniques (i.e. yoga, meditation, etc), cognitive behavioral therapy and integrative nutrition. Gabby specializes in working with disordered eating and as she continues to grow in her work is now accepting clients looking for support with trauma and addictions.
