Introduction

Becoming a mom is both a rewarding and challenging journey, especially if you've experienced infertility, pregnancy or infant loss, or postpartum mood shifts. These transitions often bring complex emotions—joy, grief, and sometimes a sense of overwhelm. You don’t have to go through this alone. I’m here to support you every step of the way, creating a space where you feel truly seen, understood, and empowered. My work is rooted in compassion, and my focus is to help you navigate these experiences with strength and resilience. Together, we’ll work toward healing and growth. In our sessions, I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness to create a calm, nonjudgmental space for processing, healing, and finding strength. Together, we’ll build practical tools and emotional insights to help you feel grounded and empowered through any challenge. Every journey to and through motherhood is unique, and sometimes unexpected challenges can feel overwhelming or even heartbreaking. You don’t have to face them alone—I’m here to support you with compassion and care as we find resilience and growth along the way. Let’s take that first step together, reach out today!
