Introduction

“Seek Support and Find Strength”—I believe we don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. As a therapist with over 20 years of experience, I strive to provide a safe and supportive space where you can process difficult emotions, build stronger relationships, and find greater well-being. Through collaborative, client-centered therapy, we'll work together to strengthen your internal resources and achieve your desired changes. I counsel individuals, couples and families who are facing difficult life transitions, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, and anxiety/depression. I specialize in perinatal mental health, offering compassionate support to parents adjusting to their new roles/identities, or parents facing unexpected birth outcomes. With more than 15 years of experience in birthing centers and NICU settings, I understand the emotional impact of infertility, birth trauma, perinatal loss, and postpartum depression/anxiety. Together, we will explore emotions, process grief, develop coping strategies, and revisit hope.
