Galen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He is a native Kentuckian that has spent the last 10 years exploring the concepts of meaning; purpose; and the role that suffering plays not only in the development of our greatest challenges, but also in forming the pathways to realizing our greatest selves. Galen has worked with people from all across the Commonwealth within a variety of domains: student, educator, researcher, and therapist have all been caps donned during his work to better the quality of Being with whomever he provides help. Galen is a writer, philosopher, and a friend of nature. He enjoys meeting new people, and, as he often says, "Every new person I meet is like reading a new chapter of humanity's grand and mysterious story, and an opportunity to learn something wonderful." Galen is grateful for his deeply rewarding relationship with his wife, Sarah, and is immersing himself within the clinical practice of Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy.
