Introduction

Hey there! 👋🏾 I'm Gary and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) committed to helping you rediscover your light. What is a LMFT? This means I am trained in systemic therapy, which takes into consideration multiple areas of your life to better assist you in reaching your preferred future and your best self. My work focuses on helping you identify and process your emotions, connect with your authentic self, and find practical solutions to your concerns. I believe that you have to know yourself before you can know what you truly want. Because of this, I take a humanistic and collaborative approach to treatment, drawing largely from experiential and solution-focused therapy. Clinically, I am passionate about providing affordable and effective therapeutic services to all populations, including but not limited to racial/ethnic minorities, low socioeconomic status, addiction/recovery, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. Professionally, I am interested in participating in workshops, speaking engagements, webinars, and podcasts over individual and relational therapy. If you’re interested in learning more about me, my approach, or want to schedule a session, please contact BioLum Counseling, PLLC for a consultation. I’m looking forward to meeting you and helping you rediscover your light!
