Introduction

I enjoy working with all types of issues! Examples include depression, anxiety, compulsive disorders, adjustment to change, loss, and self-esteem. Through therapeutic interventions, I seek to help clients fully reach those goals so they can experience the satisfaction of their accomplishments. I look to empower the individual in order to identify and engage in their strengths to help create positive changes. My approach to therapy is to listen to my client's needs and assist with developing a treatment plan tailored to those needs. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is an important factor in successful outcomes in therapy.
