Geneva Ellis (she/her), is an empowering and highly supportive Accredited Certified Coach and National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. With a B.A. in Social Sciences, more than 2500 direct client coaching hours, and over 80 ICF continued coach education credits in areas such as behavioral health coaching, evidence-based psychology, trauma-informed coaching, and culturally responsive care, Geneva is exceptionally equipped to guide clients on their wellness journeys. Her own experiences of overcoming chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout through an integrative approach to health and wellness have fueled her passion for helping others. This journey led her to pivot from a successful career in Tech to one in Wellness Coaching and Psychological Sciences, where she now thrives in helping clients optimize their mental and physical well-being. As your Mental Health Coach, Geneva will encourage you to bring your authentic self to each conversation. She is adept at facilitating self-reflection, identifying core values, and taking meaningful action. Her compassionate and dedicated approach helps clients feel comfortable and confident as they adopt new skills and wellness practices necessary to achieve their goals. Geneva wears many hats, including that of Senior Program Manager, where she plans, manages, co-creates, and executes high-quality programs, retreats, and workshops. Her expertise in combining exercise, mental health strategies, and personalized support empowers women, moms, and athletes to reach their full potential, increase energy, and achieve mental and physical fitness goals. In her sessions and workshops, she creates a safe, supportive, and fun space where clients can manage stress and anxiety, increase confidence and resilience, and improve overall well-being.
