Introduction

I offer a comprehensive approach to therapy, combining evidence-based treatments with holistic interventions tailored to each individual or family. My personalized, integrative approach includes CBT, ACT, DBT, polyvagal exercises, somatic work, attachment-based neuro-affirmative care, person-centered therapy, and psychodynamic techniques. Additionally, I provide psychodynamic treatment for the whole family system, which incorporates family sessions, parent sessions, and individual sessions with family members. Working with me, you will develop habits that serve as a holistic foundation for lifelong physical and mental well-being. I specialize in treating ADHD/AuDHD as well as anxiety, depression, & relationship issues. I offer psychoeducation on neurodiversity, executive function development, and emotional intelligence training. I also train parents and caregivers in positive, neuro-affirmative practices and support parents in working with gifted and neurodiverse youth. I offer the Safe and Sound Protocol, an innovative at-home treatment designed as an adjunct to therapy. Developed by Dr. Porgess, one of the world's leading neuroscientist, the SSP improves emotional regulation, social engagement, and well-being. It’s proven effective for anxiety, trauma, stress, sensory processing disorders, ADHD, autism, and more.
