As a relational-cultural therapist (RCT), I productively shift between psychodynamic, multicultural, and relational gears. In every session, we cultivate self-empathy, clarify relational expectations, and contend with systemic oppression. I create a safe, affirming space where any person can find strength in any life challenge. Skillfully and sensitively, I prime my clients for wellness and a satisfied confidence.
