Introduction

As you’re reading this, you might be thinking about how difficult it is to reach out and ask someone for any type of help….especially when it comes to mental health. Well, let me reassure you that it is normal and I’m here to help you through that. I grew up with there being a lot of stigma around mental health and have lived my life trying to change that within my family. Now, I have the confidence to change that for others and communities as well. Being a voice for the voiceless is my ultimate goal. I graduated from Wayne State University with my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Master’s degree in Social Work. What works for one person might not work for you, but that is what we can navigate and learn in each session. Together, we'll uncover the strength within you to overcome challenges, cultivate resilience, and embrace life's opportunities for growth and fulfillment. As your therapist, I'm committed to walking alongside you, offering guidance, support, and genuine care. Welcome to a place where your well-being is the top priority, and where positive change begins! Let's embark on this journey of healing and discovery together.
