My philosophy is that our challenges do not need to be fully resolved before we can go out and live our best lives and that finding ways to better align with our values is a path to healing. In my work, I focus on self-compassion and developing actions of change that work towards your life goals and values. I mainly support individuals using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I use a combination of skill building, emotional regulation/mindfulness practices, self-reflection, and actions towards our values to help people work through whatever they are facing.
