My therapeutic approach has been described as warm, authentic, and dynamic. I value the mind-body connection, fostering distress tolerance, and deepening our understanding of ourselves. While I am a Licensed Counselor, I am also a Board Certified Art Therapist. Art therapy can support your growth, insight, and healing in your therapy journey. You do not need to have art experience to participate in (and benefit from) art therapy. You have the option to make art in any of our sessions—it is never required.
