**ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS** It’s my belief that every person has the innate capacity for healing and growth, but change can be difficult. My goal as a therapist is to join you along this journey and support you at every step of the way. I’m here to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your emotions and guide you toward self-acceptance. My passion is to destigmatize mental health and empower your personal relationship with mental health. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, that’s why I meet clients where they’re at and create individualized care from person-centered and humanistic approaches. By meeting you with curiosity and empathy, I aim to support you in becoming the most honest and authentic version of yourself. Throughout my experience, I have worked with a wide range of clients of various backgrounds and ages who have struggled with grief, depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, relationship concerns, and navigating LGBTQ+ identities. I received my B.S. in Applied Psychology and M.A. in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University. I also have a background in research on LGBTQ+ adolescent/young adults, college students, and suicide prevention.
