My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and built on a foundation of trust and care. We will work together to understand the root of what you are currently experiencing and dig deep to make significant progress towards healing and change. Specializing in trauma, anxiety, and disordered eating, I help individuals break out of patterns of people pleasing, perfectionism, and constant overwhelm, to find more peace and space in everyday life. I am passionate about supporting individuals find healing from trauma, and believe there are many ways to heal. I am trained in mind-body approaches like EMDR and Internal Family Systems. I am also in the process of becoming a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS). I value being a process-oriented therapist while also bringing tangible tools and action-based goals to the therapeutic space. I offer afternoon and evening sessions both in person in Denver and via telehealth. Please reach out to get started and to see if we're a good fit!
