I have been working in the mental health field since 2001 and received my masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Saint Martin’s University in 2006. I am a Washington state licensed mental health counselor LH 60108626. My experience includes working with children, teens, adults and families around issues of divorce/separation, grief/loss, domestic violence, chemical dependency, anxiety, depression, physical and sexual abuse. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults around issues of loss, transitions, ADD/ADHD and trauma. My primary modes of treatment include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing(EMDR), Family Systems Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
