I am a New York State licensed creative arts therapist (LCAT) and a nationally registered, board-certified art therapist (ATR-BC), offering individual and family therapy, as well as art therapy supervision. I have been working in the field of mental health in Buffalo, NY since 2013, providing support to diverse populations and age ranges, both individually and in groups. Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I regularly integrates these and other techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy, therapeutic play, and mindfulness and grounding. My mission is to help guide clients on their personal healing journey toward symptom relief and a healthier version of themselves. I provide a safe and trusting environment for clients to explore their vulnerabilities and grow toward a more fulfilling life. I believe the way to success is helping you to navigate the past to improve your present.
