I bring a blend of professional training and real-life perspective to the work I do with clients. What drew me to counseling was a genuine curiosity about people and a deep desire to help others feel heard, understood, and empowered in their lives. I’ve supported individuals working through anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and major life transitions, as well as those navigating challenges related to mental health diagnoses. I approach each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect for their unique journey. My style is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and positive psychology. I also believe that therapy can—and should—feel like a safe space to be yourself, explore what’s not working, and discover new ways to grow and thrive. Clients often tell me they feel at ease in our work together, and that’s something I value deeply. I enjoy building genuine connections and walking alongside people as they gain clarity, find their voice, and create more meaningful, fulfilling lives.
